Elections Outlook - Asahi Checks In

Today's The Asahi Shimbun has an article on the subject I attempted to tackle on Sunday: the DPJ's need to chase after the rural vote in the single-seat prefectures in order to embarrass the LDP in the July House of Councillors elections.
